I’m looking for a dress

  1. Find one you love. Browse the listings and send your event date.
  2. Check the fit. Aura contacts you and the owner. Arrange a try-on where possible, especially before a bridal booking.
  3. Agree the full quote. Confirm the rental price, refundable deposit, delivery, cleaning, and exact collection and return times.
  4. Confirm, wear and return. A booking needs agreed terms and confirmed payment. Online payments are not open yet.

A few things,
before your occasion.

Can I buy a dress outright?

The current collection is for rental. Owners can tell us they are interested in selling, but there are no dresses offered for purchase or buying checkout yet.

Can I try the dress on first?

Try-on arrangements depend on the owner and dress. Check the listing and ask before committing. For bridal rentals, arrange a fitting before a paid booking. Size labels alone do not guarantee fit.

What does the price include?

The estimated rental price includes Aura’s 15% fee. Any refundable deposit and agreed delivery cost are separate and confirmed before payment. There is no extra Aura customer fee.

How do collection and cleaning work?

Collection is arranged with the owner at the location shown in the listing. Any delivery needs to be agreed separately. The owner should include normal cleaning in the final rental price. Confirm the handover and return times before booking.

What if plans change or the dress is damaged?

Agree to the cancellation and damage rules before paying. A deposit is refundable security money, not insurance. .

Is sending a request a confirmed booking?

No. Your request is saved for Aura to follow up. We’ll confirm availability, fit and the full price with you first. Online payments are not open yet.
